2.
Use the email address the school invited. If you need to reset your password, follow the recovery option on the sign-in screen.
3.
Open your workspace after sign-in. If asked to accept an invitation, complete that before expecting school records to appear.
What each role can do
Pupils use the Instructor and pupil sign-in address, with their own school invitation. A pupil account has access to that pupil's lessons, progress, profile and private messages. It does not grant School administration.
•
Owner: school administration, staff invitations, branding, Stripe connection and subscription billing.
•
Administrator: school administration and reports, subject to the school's permissions. Owner-only billing, branding and invitation controls remain restricted.
•
Office: school administration without a teaching diary of their own.
•
Instructor: their assigned pupils, lessons and teaching records. School administration requires a separate authorised role.
The school licence covers up to ten active teaching members. Office-only staff are not teaching seats. The server checks access; changing a web address does not change your role.
Missing access
Ask the owner to check your invitation and membership. Do not create a duplicate school to recover an existing workspace. If access was removed, your old lesson records remain with the school, but you cannot continue using that membership.
Sign out safely
Use Sign out in the school account menu or Instructor More. On a shared device, also close the browser tab.
Create or reset a password
If you have not chosen a password, select Sign in with email code. Enter the code sent to your invited email, then open Account security and password from Instructor More or pupil Wallet. In School view, use Account security in the account menu. Enter and confirm your new password, choose Save password and wait for confirmation.
To recover a forgotten password, choose Forgot your password? on sign-in. Enter your sign-in email, verify the reset code and enter the new password twice. Complete any additional security check requested by your account. Changing a password signs out your other devices.
