Open Settings → Tuition pricing in School view.
2.
Enter your wording in Pupil terms. Check lesson, cancellation and payment conditions before publishing.
3.
Choose Save tuition settings and wait for confirmation.
Saving revised terms creates a new version. An earlier acceptance remains tied to the wording accepted at that time; it is not rewritten by your edit.
How a pupil accepts
If the school has provided pupil access, the pupil opens More → Wallet & support, reads the current school terms and chooses Accept School terms. The accepted date appears after saving. Ask the pupil to contact the school if the wording or school name is wrong.
What saving does not do
Saving terms is not the same as emailing a PDF or obtaining agreement from every pupil. The current School settings page does not offer a bulk “send terms” action. Follow your school's agreed process for pupils who do not have portal access, and retain the appropriate evidence.
The DriveBest School subscription terms are separate from your school's pupil terms. The owner accepts the DriveBest agreement when starting a school licence.
