Use your phone's browser. School staff open drivebest.app; teaching instructors open app.drivebest.app. The current release is web-only: you do not need an App Store or Google Play download. In School view, the bottom bar has Home, Pupils, Diary, Enquiries and More. Open More for payments, instructors, reports, settings and other school sections your role permits.
In Instructor view, use Today, Diary, Pupils and More. An eligible owner or administrator can switch back to School view from More. Pupil accounts have their own lessons and progress view.
Make a shortcut
If your browser offers Add to Home Screen or Install, you can use it as a shortcut. The wording depends on your browser. This does not add native-app features or make unsaved work available offline.
Save reliably
Use a working internet connection and wait for a saved confirmation before closing a form. Keep the page open if saving fails and check the existing record before retrying. Notifications also depend on browser and device support; do not rely on a phone alert as proof a booking changed.
