Record attendance. For an attended lesson, write a short summary.
3.
Add the next focus and grade the skills you assessed.
4.
Check the payment badge. Record only money actually received, or leave an unpaid lesson outstanding. Confirm receipt if it previously said CASH AGREED.
5.
Review and save. Wait for confirmation, then reopen the pupil's history if you need to check the result.
Payment and credit
Prepaid hours were reserved when the lesson was booked. Completion consumes the lesson duration from those reservations once and does not create another receipt. A 1.5-hour lesson uses 1.5 hours. Cancellation releases unused reservations.
CASH AGREED is a payment arrangement, not money received. Confirm the cash only after you have it. A green PAID badge already covers the lesson; do not record the same payment again during completion.
What the pupil sees
The pupil portal shows your saved lesson summary, next focus and skill grades. Keep shared teaching feedback clear and appropriate. Private direct messages stay with their named participants and are separate from the pupil's teaching record.
If saving fails
Keep the form open, check the error and connection, then retry. If the outcome is uncertain, reopen the lesson before entering another record or payment. The web app needs an internet connection to save.
