Open Pupils in Instructor view and choose your assigned pupil.

Read the recent lesson history and Next focus.
3.
Review driving progress to see which skills need more practice.
4.
Book the next lesson when the time is agreed.
There is no separate Scenario Board in the current web workspace. Use the pupil record and lesson notes rather than looking for the older Scenario Board menu.
After teaching
Open the lesson, write a concise summary and set Next lesson focus. Update only skills you actually assessed. Wait for Lesson saved so the next appointment has a reliable starting point.
What to write
Use clear, practical notes, for example: “Practise choosing a safe gap at busy roundabouts; repeat the approach routine before increasing traffic.” Avoid unrelated personal information. Progress scores support teaching judgement; a percentage is not a promise that the pupil is test-ready.
