Contact your driving school first about pupil records, lesson notes, balances or a correction. The school manages these records and needs to check the request and any information it must retain. Closing a sign-in account is not the same as deleting every school record.
DriveBest account or privacy questions
Read the privacy notice and account deletion information. Use the privacy contact form and enter your account email. Describe the request without sending passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive documents. Follow any identity-check instructions provided in reply. School exports and disposal
Owners and administrators use Data & retention to export records, review retention and manage holds. A hold or other retention requirement can prevent immediate disposal. Do not remove records to work around an access or billing problem.
Change optional cookie choices
Open the public Privacy and cookies page, then choose Cookie settings within that page. You can accept or reject optional analytics and change an earlier choice. Dismissing the original notice does not grant optional tracking permission. The CRM does not show the public cookie banner or a floating settings link. Necessary sign-in and security storage still supports the service.
